Here’s How To Customize Your Banner

1. Choose your fabric, finishing option, and size.
2. Enter your custom text and any other pertinent information in the order notes at checkout. We will design the banner for you and send you a proof for approval. Please include your email address at checkout so we can send you a proof of exactly what your banner will look like, for your approval.*
3. You can also add your own photos, logos or other art to this background. How Do I Do This?

NOTE: Please allow 7-8 business days’ production time once art is approved. Production time does not include shipping time. Allow for production time plus shipping time. If you need it sooner, please call.

*NOTE: Free Customization:  When customizing our backgrounds with a custom message, we are often able to do this at no additional charge to you.

NOTE: Custom orders that are cancelled during the proofing process will incur a $39 cancellation fee.

NOTE: For color changes or adding additional photos or logos a $39 Setup fee will be charged.

NOTE: For projects that require more involved design services, a design fee of $75 per hour is added. Design fees are non-refundable if the order is cancelled during the proofing process. Once the item has been approved, there are no refunds.
