    Satisfied but…

    No assembly instructions. I am a designer and pretty good at figuring things out. A brief explanation of how this goes together would be helpful.

    The banner artwork I sent to be used for the letting on the banner was ignored. Maybe there is a communication breakdown with your art department. I accepted the second proof. Somehow the gold borders on the outside did not make it into the banner production. Overall the final quality was acceptable but the overall process seemed fractured. My file number was PB137031-MO24423-CUS-IAM-3x5-SAT.
